The Digital Product Owner is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our customer facing owned digital products (Websites, Landing Pages, Self-Service Portals, etc.). The Digital Product Owner will shape the future of our user experience, leading to improved customer acquisition and retention. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design, agile methodologies, and the ability to translate diverse user needs into innovative digital solutions. The Digital Product Owner will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, etc. to deliver exceptional omni-channel experiences that drive user satisfaction and business growth.
This UX Researcher/Designer will be responsible for conducting in-depth user research and translating findings into actionable design solutions. The role will represent the voice of the users (insured, brokers, and internal teams) in design and development work. The role requires a blend of research expertise to uncover key insights and design proficiency to translate those insights into intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. Success in this role will be measured by improved user satisfaction, increased conversion rates, and the consistent delivery of experiences across the digital self-service portals for both customers and insurance brokers.
Provide strategic and hands-on human resources expertise to all levels of employees to support the achievement of business objectives. Partner and consult with respective business unit leadership to provide human resources support and act as a business partner for all human capital development. Develops and recommends strategies related to employee relations, performance management, job descriptions, employee engagement, succession planning, job restructures, and consistent administration of company polices.

Compensation & Benefits:
• The target pay for this position is $83,400 - $105,100, which includes base plus book commission. The base salary for this role is $43.4K - $65.1K. Total compensation is heavily dependent on sales performance.

The Senior Compensation Analyst is a key resource to help Church Mutual Group maintain, evaluate and strengthen our compensation programs to attract and retain the best employee talent. Provides analytical expertise and business support to ensure company compensation programs are externally competitive and internally equitable. This includes market pricing and benchmarking, job evaluation, and participation in a variety of activities to support the competitiveness of Church Mutual Group’s compensation programs.
Within established binding authority, analyze insurance submissions, recognize exposures, provide coverage alternatives, offer risk management suggestions, and adequately price insurance coverage on accounts of small to medium size and low complexity within company underwriting guidelines. Achieve corporate goals by reviewing account characteristics and taking appropriate action. Develop knowledge of insurance issues, products, trends in the market, and pricing principles. Work with independent agents and brokers (producers) and Underwriting to obtain corporate objectives for growth. Serve as the territory leader with accountability for attaining profit, growth, and producer recruitment and management goals for a book of business. Provide competitor and regulatory information to market teams and management to ensure continued profitability, competitiveness, and product innovation. Serve as a portal to Church Mutual products, markets, and services.
Ensure building and grounds are kept clean, orderly, and safe for use by employees and guests. Provide services to employees, as needed, to ensure a positive working environment. Independently complete assigned duties for building and grounds maintenance, including proper maintenance of building and grounds equipment. Assist with responsibilities in specialized areas, such as electronic, HVAC, or plumbing, under the guidance of project leaders (manager, specialist, and/or vendor). Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety and environmental standards when completing all assigned tasks.
