Provide customer service for CMIC Specialty Services Inc. Manage all aspects of customer international travel business, such as quote, bind, billing, and record maintenance. Identify the appropriate company/broker to place coverage with. Process all application and requests for quotes. Propose and finalize binding procedures, coverages, explanations, and financing options for Regional Representatives. Submit invoices for all policy transactions and automatic renewals and monitor loss control recommendation completions. Responsible for all incoming and outgoing communications via mail, fax, and delivery.

As part of a team, provide timely resolution to customers through written inquiries while optimizing the customer experience. Documentation of all inquiries and actions taken is required. Process transactions, complete required forms, and produce insurance documents.   **This is a full-time position for the upcoming summer only.  It is a HYBRID position that requires 3-4 days per week IN the office located in Merrill WI.  Therefore, reliable transportation is required.**
