The Director of Digital will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives. This role will oversee the company’s digital team and ecosystem including website, customer portal, digital media, email and data. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of these areas, including customer experience, human centered-design thinking, and expertise leading teams to facilitate customer acquisition and advocacy lifecycles that enhance profitability. People leader responsibilities to include staffing, training and development, performance management, and work force planning.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the company's goal, driving retention and growth.
• Direct the development and expansion plan of the company’s customer portal.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
• Manage the company's digital systems and data infrastructure, ensuring efficient data collection, analysis, and utilization.
• Drive exceptional customer experiences across all digital channels, from website interactions to mobile apps.
• Oversee prospect and customer digital communication strategies through email, SMS, SEO and automated channels.
• Optimize the user experience of our digital platforms, ensuring they are intuitive, easy to navigate, and meet the needs of our customers.
• Lead the development and success of customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid media campaigns partnered with the company’s advertising agency.
• Develop and implement robust analytics and reporting processes to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive new business growth through digital channels.
• Own artificial intelligence marketing strategies and future opportunities.
• Stay current on digital trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our digital offerings.
• Drive continuous growth and improvement of our digital presence and performance.
• People leader responsibilities may include all the following:
o Staffing needs, to include interviewing and onboarding for new employees.
o Training and development, as well as coaching and motivation for staff.
o Performance Management, goal setting, employee engagement, and salary administration.
o Workforce Management to include; unit equipment, software and space needs, approving time off and overtime usage, and budget recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in leading digital teams and driving growth.
• Deep understanding of marketing platforms including HubSpot, Pega, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Webflow, LifeRay, Wordpress.
• Experience leading teams focused on search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), social media, email and content marketing.
• Ability to provide direction to staff in terms of development, training, and coaching.
• Ability to lead in a changing environment.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
